One address for everything
The e-mail address in the footer of every page reaches the people who build and run FlagDuel. Use it for:
- Questions about the games, matchmaking or the site.
- Bug reports - say which duel, which device and what happened; a screenshot helps.
- Fair-play reports - if you believe an opponent was using automated play.
- Privacy requests - access, correction or erasure under the GDPR, as described on the privacy page.
What to expect
The mailbox is read by a real person and typical replies take a few days. There is no phone support and no postal correspondence - FlagDuel is a small online service and e-mail is the one channel we can answer well.
